From 2005 on there will be a barbeque in the garden. the sandy beach, and the nearest mini-market, tavernas and small shops can be found in stavromenos, approximately 2 km away. The village of perama with a wide variety of tavernas, shops, post office, and a bank, can be found at a distance of 10 km. Interesting outings can be made to the traditional village of margarites, the ruins of old eleftherna, and the famous monastery of arkadi.
